摘要
近年来,甘肃民族地区农民收入增长缓慢,增收后劲不足,民族地区农民收入水平相对偏低。实行市场经济、加入WTO和进行产业结构调整,对甘肃民族地区来说既是机遇又是挑战。抓住西部大开发、全面建设小康社会和城镇化建设等机遇,正确应对挑战,甘肃民族地区农民收入将会得到大幅度提升。
Based on the fact that the ethnic areas of Gansu Province are lagging behind in both income and agricul-tural development, the paper proposes that the implementation of market economy and China's entry into the WTO constitute both challenges and opportunities for the farmers and a timely adjustment of their farming concepts and technology will be of great help in the promotion of their income.
