摘要
自我效能理论,是动机学习理论体系中的一种有代表性的理论。体育教学是一种技术教学,非智力因素在体育教学中占有十分重要的地位,因而强调学习动机对体育教学有特殊的意义。在当前的体育教学改革实践中,要充分重视学生在学习活动中形成和提高自我效能感,发挥学生的主观能动性。
Theory of self-efficacy is a representative theory of motivation. Sports teaching is a technical teaching and the non-intelligence factor has an important position, emphasize the motivation study have a special significance. In the reform of sports teaching, we should pay attention to improve students' sense of self-efficacy, exert their subjective initiative.
