电力市场环境下发电机组的最优检修策略初探 被引量:17

摘要 在电力市场环境下,由于市场电价具有高度的波动性,在不同的时段安排发电机组的检修对相关发电公司的收益自然有不同的影响,发电公司就需要优化检修策略以使检修期间的收益损失最小化。由于发电机组的检修计划是预先做出的,这使得发电公司在进行检修决策时所依据 的信息,特别是电价信息,是不完整的或不确定的,在此基础上作出的决策就不可避免地带有一定的风险。在计及风险的条件下,作者对制定发电公司的最优检修策略问题进行了初步的探索性研究,针对所研究的发电公司作为价格接受者(price taker)和非价格接受者这两种情况,以预测的市场电价为基础,给出了求解该问题的方法框架,构造了数学模型,提出了求解方法,最后用算例说明了该方法的基本特征。 In the electricity market environment, electricity prices exhibit highly volatile characteristics, and as a result, different arrangements of maintenance scheduling of generating units for the generation companies concerned will have different financial impacts. Thus, in order to minimize the financial losses in the maintenance period it is an important issue for generation companies to develop optimal strategies of maintenance scheduling for generating units. Since the maintenance scheduling decision is made in advance, the information or data utilized or based especially the electricity prices in future trading periods is inaccurate or uncertain, and hence risk will inevitably been introduced. Here, given this background, a preliminary investigation is made to the development of optimal strategies of maintenance scheduling for generating units with risk well taken into account. Specifically, two scenarios are examined in detail, i.e., for the two cases that the generation company studied is or is not a price taker in the electricity market operation. Based on the market electricity prices estimated, a new methodological framework is developed, concerning mathematical models are constructed and a solving method is proposed. Finally, the basic features of the proposed method are demonstrated by calculation examples.
