摘要
文化利益是少数民族的根本利益之一。保障民族文化利益,关系少数民族的生存与发展,关系民族团结和社会稳定。在社会转型期,少数民族传统文化正遭受前所未有的冲击;少数民族在接受现代教育,享受现代文化成果等方面还处于落后状态。对少数民族传统文化的嬗变,既要持宽容的态度,又要加强保护。国家要加大对民族地区文化建设的投入,帮助少数民族发展现代教育科技文化事业,切实保障少数民族的文化利益。
Cultural interests are the essential to minority nationalities. Safeguarding the cultural interests of minority cultural interests is related to their existence, development, national unity and social stability. In the social transition period, the traditional cultures of minority nationalities are impaired and they lag behind in taking modern education. It is necessary to be tolerant of and protect traditional culture of minorities. The government should invest heavily in the cultural construction in ethnic areas, develop modern science, technology, education and culture for minorities and safeguard their cultural interests.
