摘要
提出一种应用于解决水力机组组合中时间约束问题的受控有色Petri网模型.该模型能够直观地表达水力机组的启/停状况,并输出计算流量费用的开关量,将机组组合算法中面临开/停新机组时的约束判定和流量损失计算单独处理,为解决考虑时间约束的机组组合问题提供了新的辅助方法.
A Controlled Colored Petri Net model has been developed for solving the problem of time restraint in hydroelectric generating unit combination.The model can,through direct observations,express the start-up and shutdown conditions of a u-nit,as well as provide switching values required for computing flows.Time restraint criterion and flow lose calculation for start-up and shutdown of a unit,which may be encountered in unit combination algorithm,are computed separately to provide a new auxiliary solution for the unit combination problem with time restraint.
