摘要
目前在柴油机电控调速系统中一般都采用美国Sychro Start公司的0175-24A3LS1型号的比例电磁铁。传感器为电位计式,它与执行器合为一体。在使用时需要外加复杂的辅助电路,电路复杂,测量精度不高,不适于作测量用传感器。为此,提出在油泵试验台中采用RSJ-1型容栅位移传感器来测量位移的方法。介绍了容栅位移传感器的测量位移的优点、结构、工作原理,给出了计算机数据采集的实现方法。
Use potentiometer sensor to measure the rack position of the jerk pump in Electronic Governing System in Vehicle Diesel Engine.When use the sensor,must equip it with the assistant circuit.The circuit is complex and the measuring accuracy is not high.So it is not very fit to measure the rack position in jerk pump tester.Put forward a method to measure the rack position with RSJ-1 capacitance grating transduced in jerk tester.Introduced the merits,structure and work theory.And gave the means to collect data by computer.
