摘要
采用文献资料法、座谈法和比较分析法,对陕西省民办高校的体育现状进行了调查与分析。研究认为:陕西民办高校体育经费充足,硬件设施较好;人事管理制度灵活,教师队伍年轻,但教师队伍普遍存在职称比例不合理,学历层次、科研能力低等问题。建议:制定民办高校体育工作评估体系等问题应引起上级部门的关注。
The paper employed historical documents, informal discussion and contrast to make an investigation and analyze the present situation of physical education in the non-state universities and colleges in Shaanxi. The authors find that there are full of funds and good material support for the non-state universities and colleges in Shaanxi. And also they have flexible and diversified forms of personnel management. But the teachers' professional qualifications are out of proportion and some of them haven't got good educational level or good ability to do the scientific research. Suggestion: We should work out a system to evaluate the work of physical education in the non-state universities and colleges, and try to draw close attention of higher educational administrative departments.
