摘要 在酸性介质中,苯胺与过量亚硝酸盐重氮化,剩余亚硝酸盐快速氧化亚铁氰化钾,生成的铁氰化钾与鲁米诺发生化学发光反应。据此,建立了反相流动注射 化学发光法测定苯胺的新方法。方法的线性范围为0 070~10.0mg L,检出限为0 03mg L,相对标准偏差(n=11,ρ=1.0mg L)为2 0%。方法已用于环境水样中苯胺的测定。 A new flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of aniline was described. The method was based on the reaction between aniline and nitrite and the CL reaction of luminol with (K_3Fe(CN)_6) which was produced by the reaction between extra nitrite and K_4Fe(CN)_6. The linear range was 0.070~10.0 mg/L for aniline with the detection limit of 0.03 mg/L. The relative standard deviation (n=11, ρ=1.00 mg/L) was 2.0%. The method was applied to the determination of trace aniline in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
