摘要
分析了pH值曲线的非线性特点,对PID控制和前馈控制中的非线性控制因素分别采用非线性增益和模糊控制的方法来实现,并在实际运用中取得了较好的效果。
According to the highly non-linear characteristics of an acid/base neutralization process,a linear controller can only perform well in a small pH range.This article presents an approach composed of a non-linear gain PID model and a pH/flow feed-forward fuzzy logical model.This approach is used in a paper mill successfully.
