摘要
针对永磁直线伺服系统设计提出H∞鲁棒控制的有效方法.在建立系统状态空间模型的基础上,将直线伺服系统设计归结为标准的H∞控制问题;基于Riccati不等式的处理方法,通过求Riccati不等式的对称正定解得到H∞控制器,以保证系统的鲁棒性.仿真实验结果表明,用该方法设计的控制系统具有良好的抑制扰动和跟踪给定的效果,满足对高性能永磁直线伺服系统控制的要求.
This paper presents an effective method of H_∞ robust control for permanent magent linear servo system design.Having built the for the mathematical mdodel system,linear servo system design is converted into a standard H_∞ control problems.An H_∞ robust controller is obtained through solving an algebraic matrix Riccati inequality with symmetrically positive solution.The results of simulation test indicate that the linear servo system with H_∞ robust controller not only can guarantee a good restraint for uncertain disturbance as well as the tracks of input signal,but also can finally satisfy control reqirement for high-performance linear servo system.
