摘要
作者于1987年7月选用对玉米象抗性强弱不同的10个小麦品种的籽粒进行了可溶性糖及氨基态氮含量的测定,经方差分析及与其抗性的相关性测验结果表明,小麦籽粒中可溶性糖和氨基态氮含量在品种间存在极显著差异;可溶性糖含量与抗性成正相关;氨基态氮含量与抗性成负相关;试验指出,可溶性糖和氨基态氮含量是决定小麦品种对玉米象抗性强弱的两项主要的生化因素;因此可溶性糖和氨基态氮可作为其抗玉米象的两项鉴定和选择的主要指标,这对小麦抗玉米象育种及粮食部门选择收购抗性强的品种进行储藏加工等都有一定现实意义.
In 1987, We tested the content of soluble carbohydrate and aminonitrogen in ten different Wheat varieties resisting Sitophilus zeamais. Results in this study showed the content of soluble carbohydrate was positively correlated with Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky resistance and the content of aminonitrogen was negatively correlated with Sitophilus zeamais resistance.We suggest that the content of soluble carbohydrate and aminonitrogen should be the main index for the selection of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky resistance, which provides definite significance for wheat stoarge and breeding resisting Sitophilus zeamais.
