基于三坐标测量仪的双目视觉物体测量及数据分析

摘要 提出了一种基于三坐标测量仪进行零件尺寸测量的双目视觉方法,采用棋盘格对系统进行标定,运用数据处理技术对图像进行二值化及轮廓处理,并对测量数据进行分析,得出影响测量数据误差分布的原因.通过试验分析其测量误差不超过1mm,可以满足物体形状分辨的要求. The method of double vision based on three coordinate measurement is proposed to measure part (dimensions.)The Chess board is used in calibrating of system and data processing is used in black_white images and contour of parts.The data has been analyzed and the reason of data error is found.The accuracy is less than 1 mm, so it can meet the needs of inspecting contour of parts.
