摘要
移植人食管鳞状上皮癌的裸鼠24只随机分4组:对照组、血卟啉(腹腔注射)组、单纯放射组和血卟啉加放射组。实验结果后3组的抑瘤率分别为13.1%、57.7%和85.4%;后3组的肿瘤生长曲线呈现不同程度抑制,尤以血卟啉加放射组最为明显;其增敏比值为2.5;以上结果表明血卟啉衍生物(HPD)对人食管鳞癌裸鼠移植瘤的X线分次照射有明显增敏作用。重复实验获相似结果。推测临床综合应用HPD可望提高上皮类癌瘤的放射疗效。
Twenty-four NC-nude mice, aged 4 to 6 weeks, transplanted with human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (HE C2-F28) were randomly divided into 4 groups (Ⅰ) control group, (Ⅱ) HPD alone group, (Ⅲ) Ⅴ ray alone and (Ⅳ) combined (HPD & Ⅴ ray) group. Tumor growth curve was rised stably in control group but rised slowly in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, especially in HPD+X ray (Ⅳ) group. The tumor inhibition rates of the Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ groups were 13.1%, 57.7% and 85.4%, respectively. According to Li's formula, E/O=Td. · Tr/Td+r.·C, the rasiosensitivity enhancing ratio was 2.5, larger than 1.4, demonstrating that combination of HPD and routine irradiation had an enhanced effect on human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma xenograft in nude mice, we infered that the effect of radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer may be improved clini cally by using this combined managementThe histological appearances of four groups have also been discussed
