摘要
针对烧结矿低温还原粉化率偏高的现状 ,进行了喷洒CaCl2 溶液试验 ,研究结果表明 ,烧结矿喷洒CaCl2 溶液在溶液浓度为 3%时 ,效果最佳 ,烧结矿低温冶金性能有明显改善。高炉工业生产显示 ,烧结矿喷洒CaCl2 溶液后 ,高炉利用系数提高 0 .1t/m3 .d ,入炉焦比降低 5kg/t。
In accordance with sinter high reduction pulverization ratio in low temperature,spraying test of CaCl 2 solution has been done.When density is 3%,low temperature metallurgical property has been improved.Iron-making production shows that after spraying CaCl 2,the BF operating ratio has increased 0.1t/m 3.d and the coke rate has reduced 5 kg/t.
