摘要
基于塔式起重机回转制动工况的实际模型,抛弃吊臂为刚体且作匀减速运动这一假设,在柔性塔身和吊臂的相对转动之间施加一阻力矩,视吊臂为柔性体,并考虑塔身的弹性变形,将塔机等效为平面柔性多体系统,考虑吊臂大运动和变形之间的耦合,建立了塔机回转制动工况的动力学分析模型,并以某实际塔机为例证明了本模型的正确性.吊臂在作减速运动的同时还和塔身一起发生振动.
Starting and braking the slewing motions are the important work case for tower cranes. Because the jib is a moving flexible body, the deformation and stress of the jib and tower body caused by the braking of slewing motion can't be calculated by general vibration analysis of structure. A resistance torque is exerted. Giving up the above assumption that the jib is rigid and its angel accelerate is even during the braking procedure. On the relative rotation between the jib and tower body, this paper treats the jib as a flexible body, takes the deformation of the tower body into account. And translates the tower crane into an equivalent planar flexible multi-body system. The model for dynamics analysis of tower cranes is presented according to the real motion character of this work case. A practice tower cranes is analyzed to illustrate the model. The jib is slowed down; meanwhile, it vibrates together with the tower body.
