摘要
河北省15所普通高校的337名在职体育教师年龄结构、学历结构较为合理,职称结构中教授比例偏小,整体素质有待提高,建议完善高校体育师资建设机制,吸引高学历人才,加强体育投入。
A survey is conducted of 337 PE teachers in 15 colleges and universities of Hebei Province. The results show that their age and academic title structures are rational, but their academic title structure is out of proportion for the number of professors is small. Suggestions are made more personnel of higher academic credentials with the purpose to perfect the mechanism of PE teachers constitution.
