摘要
通过对解调原理的分析 ,用构造的数学模型来模拟解调过程。将冲击信号提取出来 ,对信号采用解调求包络信号。对解调处理后的信号做频谱分析 ,诊断数控机床的故障。对目前广泛应用的几种数学模型作了比较研究 ,经过理论分析和对比实验 ,讨论了解调的原理以及它在数控机床故障诊断中的应用。
Deal with the analysis to the principle of demodulation,imitating with the mathematics model of the structure to actualize the process of demodulation.Collect and demodulate the failure signals to gain the envelope signals ,get around a low frequency interference signals, withdraw directly the close and related impactive signal.Analyze the signals which were demodulated and diagnose the malfunction of the CNC.Complete the above function with the mathematics imitating using the software demodulation method.This paper compares with some mathematics models that are commonly used ,discuss the principle of demodulation and the application in actual malfunction diagnosis passing by the theories analyzes and engineering applications.
