摘要
本文研究了工业上用HP()59-1黄铜在L/D=1,压缩对数应变ε>0.7,600—700℃,卡头速度0.0035—1.75mm/s条件下,在10t万能试验机上呈现超塑性压缩的变形规律。本文还探讨了合金的组织状态、超塑性压缩时的润滑条件等对变形的影响。
The superplastic compression of commercial brass HPb 59-1 can be shown on an universal testing machine of 100,000 tons.The author studies the regular pattern of its deformation under the conditions of L/D=1,compressive logarithmic strain ε>0.7,600—700℃,and chuck speed up to 0.035/1.75mm/s.The author also goes further into the influences of configuration of alloy,lubrica- tion condition during superplastic compression,etc.on the deformation.
