摘要
通过核磁共振谱、差示扫描量热、力学性能、凝胶渗透色谱和流变仪等分析手段 ,研究了进口PE10 0级和国产高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)管材料级牌号的结构特征。结果表明 ,进口PE10 0级管材料主要是 1-丁烯共聚的HDPE ,其冲击强度大于国产管材料的两倍 ,氧化诱导期长。
Structural characteristics of import PE100 pipe materials and local HDPE pipe grade materials were studied by means of nuclear magnetic resonance, differential scanning calorimetry, mechanical property test, gel permeation chromatography and rheometer. The results showed that the import PE100 pipe materials were mainly butene-copolymerized HDPE, their Izods were two times higher than domestic materials and their OITs were longer.
