摘要
用过氧化物酶反应结合计算机数字化图像分析方法对34例正常增生期子宫内膜血管内皮细胞、间质细胞、腺上皮细胞、腺腔、血管腔五种组织凝血第8因子活性进行了定量检测,以灰度值表示。结果内皮细胞活性明显高于其他组织,有高度显著性差异。从而获得一组正常增生期子宫内膜第8因子活性的生理正常值,为进一步研究其他病理生理情况提供科学依据。计算机数字化图像分析能定量,方法简单、精确、迅速,在生物医学领域值得推广应用。
The endometrial Factor Ⅷ activity from 34 healthy women of fertile age, in the normal proliferative phase was detected, using an immunoperoxidase-PAP reaction and processed by the computer digital image analytical method, in terms of gray-value.The results revealed that there was highly significant difference on the gray-value as well as the endometrial Factor Ⅷ activity between the endometrial cells and the other indices including glandular cells, stromal cells etc (F<0.0001 for each). Thus, a series of the normal physiological value of the endometrial Factor Ⅷ activity in the proliferative phase was obtained.The computer digital image analysis, which is simple, accurate, speedy, and characteri stically quantitative, could be widely used in the research field of obstetrics, gynecology, family planning and bio-medicine.
