摘要
饮含氟10mg/L重蒸水8个半月,X线观察到的多数大鼠股骨骨纹粗疏、少数粗密或粗乱的改变在病理形态学上皆一一得到证实。病理组织学还见股骨下段骺板软骨变性坏死等。笔者认为上述改变可能是早期氟中毒对骺板软骨毒性作用的结果;骺板软骨病变及其相关的软骨内成骨障碍是导致成骨区骨纹异常的原因。
With the use of containing F^-10mg/L in the drinking destilled water for 8.5months, thick and sparse bone stripes in femora in most flnorostic rats, thick and dense or thick and disordered bone stripes in a few ones were observed on radiograph. Meanwhile, all of those radiographic changes were confirmed by pathomorphology. The degeneration and necrosis in epiphyseal plate cartilage of lower part of femora were also observed.The authors suggest that those changes may be a toxic effect on epiphyseal plate in early stage fluorosis. Those changes and the obstacle of endochondral ossification in epiphyseal plate cartilage may be a reason of abnormalities of bone stripes in the zone of bone deposition.
