摘要
详细分析了锡林、道夫、刺辊齿条、盖板针布、预分梳板选配原则及安装附加分梳元件———分梳板的效果及影响因素,指出随着梳棉机的高速高产,应合理选配针布齿条,而加装前后固定盖板,刺辊下预分梳板是改善梳理质量和成纱质量的有效手段。
Comprehensive analysis is done to the selection of wires of cylinders,doff rollers flat tops,precarding boards,and installation of carding attachment,as well as the effect and related factors with the inrease of speed and capacity,proper installation of under precarding boards is necessary for carding quality and spinning quality.
