摘要
利用单晶连铸技术制备了铜单晶棒材 ,并对棒材的拉伸性能和变形特性进行研究。通过对铜单晶的加工硬化特征、滑移特征及断裂模式的分析 ,表明铜单晶具有优异的塑性变形行为 。
The mechanical properties and characteristics of plastic deformation of single crystal copper wire , which is produced by the single crystal continuous casting method, are studied. By analyzing the characteristics of work-hardening, slipping, and fracture of single crystal copper, it shows that single crystal copper with outstanding ability of plastic deformation, can work as high quality ingot in the deep processing.
