耐高温高效泡沫体系TH-1的研制及应用 被引量:17

摘要 针对胜利油田稠油油藏多轮次吞吐后期蒸汽汽窜、指进及重力超覆的矛盾 ,进行了高温泡沫封堵调剖技术研究 .主要包括高温泡沫剂配方的筛选及其高温封堵调剖剂性能评价 ,并对气液比、Na Cl含量、泡沫体系浓度对发泡的影响进行了研究 .研究结果表明 ,所研制的泡沫体系在 2 5 0℃ ,阻力因子≥ 1 5 .0时 ,对蒸汽调剖具有良好的封堵调剖性能 .该体系在胜利油田注蒸汽吞吐井应用中取得了良好的效果 . Through the experimental study of the stability of TRH series of foaming agents under high temperature, TRH-II foaming agent is selected. Its foaming capability and stability are all the best. The effects of NaCl and polymer concentrations on its stability are discussed in order to perfect the formulation of foaming system based on TRH-II main foaming agent, and finally TH-1 high-temperature resisting foaming system is developed. The effects of the foaming agent concentration and gas to liquid ratio on the resistance factor of the foaming agent are also studied. It is shown that at 250℃, the resistance factor increases with the increase of the mass fraction of the foaming agent, considering the factor of cost, the mass fraction of 0.6% is recommended; under the same mass fraction, the resistance factor increases with the increase of gas to liquid ratio, and when the mass fraction is 0.6%, the gas to liquid ratio of 3 0~4 5 is recommended. The applications show that TH-1 foaming system has good salt resistance and stability, and its plugging result is also good.
