摘要
采用压缩空气供冷的新型矿井空调系统,能够沿采煤工作面均匀供冷,工作面内的温差小,能有效地解决当前我国矿井集中空调中存在的实际问题。通过采煤工作面的需冷量、供气量和压缩及冷却每m3压缩空气的费用计算,并与传统的矿井集中空调系统比较,结果表明该系统在相同条件下工作面需冷量较小,系统简单,应用灵活,管理方便,投资运行费用省,是一条可供选择的矿井降温的新途径。
The new mine central air conditioning system adopting compressed air to supply cool can distribute the cool for the long wall face well even and the difference of temperature is small,so the new system can solve actual problems present in the mine central air conditioning system nowadays.After computing the required cool quantity for the coal face,the air-feed quantity and the cost of compressing and freezing the air per m3, and comparing to the traditional system,the required cool quantity for the face is smaller in the same condition.The system is simple , flexible for use and convenient for manage. In addition, the system is economical in the cost of investment and operation,so it is a new way for choosing coal mine cooling.
