摘要
在半固态加工的基本原理基础上采用合金热力学计算方法设计了Al Si Mg系半固态新合金 ,并进行了初步的试验验证。结果表明 ,新合金在铸态和半固态下的组织和力学性能特点与预测结果基本一致 ,并且发现适当增加Mg ,Si含量可以改善铝合金半固态加工性能和提高合金的力学性能。这对进一步开发新型的实用半固态合金具有一定的指导作用。
The development of semi-solid metal (SSM) processing was limited by using conventional cast aluminium alloys. Therefore one of the main researches for SSM processing is to design special alloys for SSM processing in order to realize its full potential. In this paper, the new SSM alloys of Al-Si-Mg ternary system were designed and optimized by thermodynamic calculations with the consideration of basic principle of SSM processing, and tested. The result shows that microstructures and properties of the new alloys both in as-cast and semisolid states are quite correspond with the results of thermodynamic calculations. It is found that the processing properties of semisolid alloys can be improved as the Mg and Si contents are increased properly.
