摘要
四角切圆煤粉锅炉内炉膛过剩空气系数对炉膛内的温度分布有着重要影响。本文对额定蒸发量为 130t/h的煤粉锅炉在不同过剩空气系数下炉膛内的温度场、速度场、浓度场进行了耦合仿真。结果表明 :过剩空气系数过大时 ,炉膛横截面温度分布严重不均 ,从而导致锅炉热效率降低 ,水冷壁结渣 。
Excess air coefficient has an important effect on temperature's distribution in tengentially fired pulverized coal boiler.In this paper,the temperature,velocity and concentration fields in the pulverized coal boiler with rated evaporative power 130t/h were coupled simulated in the case of different excess air coefficient.The results show that if excess air coefficient is too large,temperature distribution of fracture surface will be disequilibrium badly,which leads to depressing of thermal efficiency and slagbonding of water-cooled wall,at the same time,affects the burning of pulverized coal.
