摘要
在机具一定的情况下,以乌梁素海生长的水草为压块物料,进行饲草压块成形试验,着重研究饲草的含水率对草块成形情况、草块密度、生产率的影响。试验结果表明:饲草含水率对压块成形的影响可分为3个区段:不成形区段(含水率小于20%或大于60%)、冷压成形区段(含水率为43%~60%)、热压成形区段(含水率为20%~43%)。初步确定适于水草压块的最佳含水率为38%左右。本试验为水(饲草)压块成形和实现商品化生产提供了理论依据,同时对发挥资源优势、保护生态环境有着重大的意义。
This article studies the affection of the water ratio of the forage grass to the cube formation, forage density and production ratio. The experiment indicates that the affection of the water ratio of the water grass is divided into the three stages: unformation stage, the water ration >60% or <20%;cold-press formation stage, the water ration 60%~20%; hot-press formation stage, the water ratio 43%~20%. The optimum water ratio of the water grass for the cube formation is or so 38%. It provides the theoretical basis for the cube formation and commercialization of the water grass. On the other hand, it has important functions on the protecting the biological environment of the grassy lake.
