摘要 研究了以Mn2 O3为氧化剂 ,在硫酸介质中氧化对甲酚合成对羟基苯甲醛的工艺条件。Mn2 O3是在 92 3K下灼烧MnO2 得到的。最适宜的氧化反应温度为 3 1 8K ,c(H2 SO4 )=7.0mol L。用亚硫酸氢钠法分离反应物与产物。氧化反应表现出零级反应特征 ,反应的活化能为 62 .5kJ mol左右。 The process of synthesizing 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde by oxidizing paracresol was studied, in which Mn 2O 3 and sulfuric acid were taken as oxidant and reaction medium, respectively. The oxidant Mn 2O 3 is obtained by heating MnO 2 at 923K. With H 2SO 4 concentration of 7.0 mol/L, the optimum reaction was taken place at temperature of 318 K. And finally the product was separated with reactant by the addition of sodium bisulfite. The oxidation process fitted well to zero-order reaction and its activation energy is about 62.5 kJ/mol.
