相转移催化法合成4-甲基伞形酮衍生物的研究 被引量:2

Synthesis of Derivatives of 4-Methyl Umbelliferone by Phase Transfer Catalysis

摘要 报道了用乙腈为溶剂,利用聚乙二醇-400为相转移催化剂合成了三种4-甲基伞形酮衍生物b、c、d,考察了诸因素对产率的影响,找出了最佳的反应条件。最佳的反应温度为65~70°C。产物b、c、d的产率分别为:91.1%,78.2%,62.3%。 The 4-methylumbelliferone derivatives b,c and d were synthesied by using CH_3CN as solvent and PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst. The optimum reaction temperature was 65~(70°C). The yields of compound, b,c and d were 91.1%,78.2% and 62.3%, respectively.
