摘要
采用普通固态反应法制备了名义组分为 Bi_(2.0-x)Pb_xS_(r1.9)Ca_(2.2)Cu_(3.3)O_y 超导体.对样品进行了物相分析、电阻率及磁化率测量.XRD 分析表明:富 Ca 富Cu 有利于高 T_c 相的形成,并且获得了高 T_c 单相样品。交流磁化率曲线测量表明:样品的低温区转变台阶位于85~95K 之间.且2212相的 T_c 随氧含量、组分、工艺等因素变化.
The superconductors with nominal composition of Bi_(2.0-x) Pb_x Sr_(1.9) Ca_(2.2) Cu_(3.3) O_y are prepared by solid-state reaction method.The samples have gone through phase analyzing,the measurments of resistence and a.c.susceptibility.XRD indicates that rich-Ca,Cu is beneficial to form the highcr-Tc phasc;it is of very good quality.The measurment of a.c.susceptibility suggestes that the transition step at a lower temperature rang varied from 85K to 95K.It is believed that ‘2212’ phase's T_c would vary with oxgen content,composition and condition.
