摘要
为了探讨心脏瓣膜替换术后病人因患妇科疾病行妇科手术的安全性 ,回顾性分析 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月 32例心肌瓣膜替换术后因妇科疾病在北京安贞医院住院行妇科手术治疗的患者术前凝血酶原时间 (PT)、凝血酶原国际标准化比值(INR)、手术时间、出血量及治疗结局 ,32例病人无一例发生术中、术后大出血、感染、血栓、心功能衰竭等并发症。提示心脏瓣膜替换术后的病人只要做好充分的术前准备及围手术期的管理 ,进行妇科手术是完全安全的。
Objective:To investigate the security of gynecological operation after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:32 patients treated by gynecological operation after cardiac valve replacement were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 1999 to Aug 2002 at Peking Anzhen Hospital.PT、INR、operation time、bleeding volume and therapy conclusion were statistically analyzed.Results:Among them ,there were no complication,massive hemorrhage of operation,postoperative hemorrhage,infection,thrombus and congestive heart failure etc.Conclusion:The gynecological operation is safe after cardiac valve replacement so long as the staff provide sufficient preoperative provision and postoperative management.
