多聚甲醛制备工艺及其助剂的研究 被引量:8

摘要 筛选了合成多聚甲醛的助剂,在模拟工业生产的反应装置中考察了PF合成中助剂对甲醛聚合反应速率、产品收率及其性能的影响。实验结果表明采用二胺A作助剂,在92℃、加入质量分数0 04%的条件下,反应150min制得的多聚甲醛产品,醛的质量分数高达96%以上,聚合度12左右,水溶性好,久置稳定,无不溶物,无灰份,燃烧无残渣。 Promoters of synthesizing paraformaldehyde have been screened. The effects on reactive velocity, the yield and properties of product during the synthesis of PF were studied in the reactive equipment of simulating industrial production. The experimental results indicate that the product manufactured by diamine A of 0.04% is of a formaldehyde content higher than 96%, low degree of polymerization(DP=12) , good water solubility , stabilization after long storage, no unsolutied materials, no ashes and no residuals after burning it at a temperature of 92℃ when the reactive time is 150 minutes.
