摘要
目的 探讨藤蟾方的抑瘤作用 ,对荷瘤小鼠胸腺、脾及肿瘤细胞凋亡指数的影响。方法 建立小鼠移植性肝癌H22肿瘤动物模型 ,给予藤蟾方高、中、低剂量灌胃 ,并设阳性对照组 (5-FU组 )和阴性对照组 (模型组 )10d后处死 ,观察结果。结果 治疗10d后 ,藤蟾方高、中、低剂量组均有抑瘤作用 ,其中以中剂量组疗效最为显著 (p<0.01) ,抑瘤率达60.8 % ;肿瘤细胞凋亡指数比模型组高 (p<0.05或p<0.01) ,与5 -FU组比较无显著差异 ;小鼠胸腺、脾指数与5-FU组比较有显著差异 (p<0.01)。 结论 藤蟾方中剂量组抑瘤效果最佳 ;对小鼠免疫功能指标胸腺、脾具有保护作用 ;诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,是藤蟾方抑瘤的机理之一。
Objective To explore the effect of TengChanFang(TCF)restraining tumor cell growth and its influence onapoptosis index in thymus gland,spleen and tumor in transplantation tumor mouse. Methods Mouse transplantation hepatic carcinoma(H22)model was established and TCF was taken through gastric canal in large,middle and lowdosage.The mice taken5-Fu were made as positive control and the model mice were made as negative control.All mice were killed after10days. Results After treating10days,all dosage TCF manifested the effect of restraining tumor growth,but the effect of middle dosage TCF was most significant(P<0.01),the rate of restraining tumor growth was60.8%.Tumor cell apoptosis index of TCF group was higher than that of model group(P<0.05or<0.01),but had not significant difference compared to that of5-Fu group.In TCF group mice,apoptosis index in thymus gland,spleen had significant difference compared to that of5-Fu group. Conclusion Middle dosage TCF had best effect of restraining tumor cell growth,and had protective effect on mouse immunological organ such as thymus gland and spleen.Inducing tumor cell apoptosis was one of antitumor mechanisms of TCF.
