摘要
通过共混改性的方法 ,利用空心微珠球型的特性 ,将其填充于玻纤改性的尼龙树脂中 ;研究了空心微珠对玻纤改性尼龙力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,在玻纤改性尼龙中加入空心微珠 ,材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、硬度及耐热性能都得到提高 ;当微珠质量分数达到 18%时 。
Based on the sphere characteristics of censphere,censpheres were filled into glass fiber modified PA6 by means of blending, and the effect of censphere on the mechanical properties of the modified PA was studied The results showed the filling of censphere in the modified PA could improve the tensile strength,impact strength,hardness and heat resistance of the composite When the mass fraction of the censphere was up to 18%,the impact strength of the composite would be the maximum
