摘要
弯曲木制品的形状和尺寸稳定性直接影响弯曲木的应用前景和产品质量,为了保证弯曲制品的产品质量,笔者对弯曲木尺寸形状稳定性进行了研究。提出了弯曲木制品尺寸稳定性的相关理论以及如何提高弯曲木尺寸稳定性的方法。对弯曲木制品进行了不同温度处理下的曲率半径回复试验,比较了木材经100,140,160,180和200℃5种不同温度下分别处理2,4,8h后,再经24℃水浸泡24h,60℃水浸泡4h,100℃沸水煮1h后的曲率半径回复率。结果表明:弯曲木的曲率半径回复率随热处理时间的增加而减小,随处理温度的提高而减小。
Because the shape and dimensional stability of bent wood products will affect applied prospect and product quality of bent wood,shape and dimensional stability was studied to ensure product quality of bent wood.A curvature reversion test of bent wood products was done at different temperature process.It was compared curvature reversion ratio that the wood was processed at temperature of 100,140,160,180 and 200 ℃ for 2,4,and 8 hours,then for another process soaking for 24 hours at 20 ℃,soaking for 4 hours at 60 ℃,and soaking at (100 ℃) boiling water for 1 hour.The results show that the set recovery of radius of curvature increases as the heat treatment times decreases,and decreases as the heat treatment temperature increases.It is submitted a correlative theory of dimensional stability of bent wood products and it is also submitted a method of how to improve dimensional stability of bent wood products.
