摘要
介绍了首先采用最小二乘法及三次样条理论对转管炮炮箱凸轮曲线槽原始测量数据进行处理,然后利用空间滚柱凸轮曲线微分广义矢量函数的设计分析方法,建立了转管炮炮箱凸轮曲线的分析模型,并编制成相应的分析软件,进行曲线优化设计出该转管炮箱凸轮曲线槽,带入虚拟样机运动演示,验证了凸轮曲线槽设计的合理性。
The least square fitting method and cubic-spline theory to deal with the original measured data is introduced.Differential general-vector-function method is used to model the space cam curve- slot.Codes are written to analyze and optimize that slot.Finally the design rationality verified is by vir- tual prototype.
