摘要
在空气压缩机后冷却器中采用横纹管、螺旋槽管及光滑管作为换热元件,以压缩空气、水为换热介质,进行了传热和流体力学性能的测试。实验结果表明:前两种强化管对压缩机后冷却器都有较显著的传热效果。但相比之下,横纹管比螺旋槽管的效果更好。本文还对两种强化管的传热和流阻机理进行了探讨。
This paper deals with che test and measurement of the performances of heat transfer and fluid resistance in the rear cooler of a air compressor by using transversally corrugated, spirally grooved and plain enhanced pipes as heat-transfering elements and compressed air and water as heat-exchanging media . The experimental results show that the first two enhanced pipes have re- markable effects otn the heat transfer in the rear cooler of a air compressor. with the former better than the latter . Besides. the mechanism of heat transfer and fluid resistance in the two enhanced pipes is also dealt with.
