摘要
对目前大型循环流化床锅炉的床上点火、床下点火和联合点火方式进行了分析和比较,阐述了联合点火装置的结构与性能,强调采用联合点火方式具有可靠、经济等优点,确定了大型循环流化床锅炉的投煤温度,提出了断续试投煤等有关操作注意事项。
By comparing and analysing the light -off modes of ignition above bed,ignition under bed and combined ignition of existing large CFB boilers,the structure and performance of combined igniter and the reliability and economics of combined light-off mode are discussed in detail.A coal tossing temperature is established for large CFB boilers and points meriting attention are suggested for suggested for coal tossing operation.
