摘要
复方脱毛灵30mg/kg1次口服可明显诱发羊骨髓有核红细胞微核率,外周血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率的升高,给药后24h(未统计骨髓标本)后2者为5.7‰和10.74%与空白对照组2.26‰。2.24‰和3.30%相比,差异非常显著(P<0.01),给药后7d时3个率继续上升为13.5‰、7.71‰和17.85%,16d时已开始恢复,为2.99‰、2.99‰和4.82%,30d时恢复到给药前水平,不存在潜在诱变性。
The potential genotoxicity of compound Tuo Maoling on sheep was investigated. The main results were given as follows: When 24h after administration (30mg/kg, p.o. only once), the frequency of chromosomal aberration of peripheral blood lymphocytes and micronucleus of polychromatis erythrocytes in bone marrow was obviously higher than control (10.74%, respectively P<0.01), the micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes was also higher in proportion (5.77‰). By seventh day, the frequency of mutagenesis continuously increased (chromosomal aberration of peripheral blood lymphocytes, micronucleus of polychromatis erythrocytes in bone marrow and micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes was 17.85%, 13.5‰, 7.71‰, respectively). By sixteenth day, mean value of mutagenesis began to return normal and we continuously inspected by thirtieth day. These results showed that compound Tuo Maoling did not result in genetic damage in sheep.
