摘要
本试验采用硫酸铵沉淀和柱层析法从辣椒提取纯化出Cu,Zn-SOD,并对其性质作了一些研究。每公斤辣椒制得168.96毫克SOD,纯度328.64μ/mg.
This paper deseribes the method of preipitaing by (NH_4)NH_4)_2SO_(4 2so4) and column Chromatography for extraction and purification of Cu-Zn SOD from hot pepper, the purity of the enzyme are 328.64 μ/mg, and the total yield is about 168.96mg SOD from a kiogram hot pepper.
