摘要
利用波动理论的分析、处理方法 ,分析振动波在钢板结构中传播遇到方钢结构时的反射、透射等传播规律 ,分析了方钢结构隔振降噪的机理 ,得出了隔振系数的具体表达式 ,并给出了隔声量随频率及方钢尺寸的变化曲线。最后 ,建立了“T”形组合板结构试验模型 ,在两块板的结合部位加方钢 ,试验研究了振动波从垂直板经方钢而传至水平板的过程 ,并通过比较有无方钢情况下水平板的响应 ,以验证方钢减振降噪的效果。研究结果表明 :方钢的存在起到了明显的隔振作用 ,水平板的平均减振效果达 5 d B,研究所得结论在船体结构减振降噪中具有重要的应用价值。
In this paper, quadrate steel beam is embedded in steel plate as structure element for isolating vibration wave purpose. Angle of incidence of vibration wave is not considered, so it is simplified to take the unit width of plate as the model in this reaearch. Using the theory of wave propagation, the transmitting rules of vibration wave are derived for the analysis on its inflection and transmission when it interfaced with the quadrate steel beam in its onward process. The mechanism of quadrate steel beam in isolating vibration and reducing noise is analyzed. Expressions of the parameters of vibration insulation and the curves of variable quantity of vibration insulation relating with the force frequency and size of the quadrate steel beam are given. Finally, an experimental model of “T” shape combined plate structure to test the effect of quadrate steel beam in reducing vibration and noise is constructed. The quadrate steel beam is embeded in the position of crossing to see the process of vibration wave transmitting from a vertical plate to a aclinic plate through the quadrate steel beam. Comparing the response of the aclinic plate with the quadrate steel beam with that without the quadrate steel beam, the effect of quadrate steel beam in reducing vibration and noise is obvious. The results of analysis and experiment both show that vibration wave in the plate is blocked and inflected by the quadrate steel beam to certain level with a quantity of vibration insulation over 5dB.
