摘要
行为契约是美国课堂管理行为主义控制派的管理方法之一,用以矫正学生的行为。本文介绍了课堂行为契约的种种类型,并对它的起草、签订和修改进行了讨论,对课堂行为契约的功能与机理等问题进行了探索。
Behavior contract is one of the management methods of the Control-oriented Theory of Behaviorism. This article introduces the social background of behavior contract, analyses the types of classroom behavior contract, discusses its drafting, signing and modification, and explores some problems of it.
