摘要
目的:是采用薄层扫描法对陈皮中主要有效成分陈皮苷的含量进行测定,为控制保和散质量提供可靠依据;方法:采用定量法点样,薄层板展开,波长λ_S=287nm、λ_R=360nm 的条件下,利用反射法锯齿扫描。用升标二点法测定供试液中橙皮苷含量;结论:方法简便、可靠,重复性好。可作为保和散的质量控制指标之一。
Objective:To determine hesperidin—a main effective composition in tangerine peel by TLC scanner method and to provide reliable basis for control Baohe Powder quality.Method: Under the condition of spotting sample by quantitative method and developing thin—layer plate, wavelength at λ_s=287nm,λ_e=287nm,We conducted serratered scanning by reflex method and de- termined hesperidin content in supplied test solution by elevating level two spot method.Conclu- sion:The method is simple and convenient,reliable with good repeatability.It can be used as one of indexes of Baohe Powder's quality control.
