近年来 ,中小企业发展速度加快 ,在我国经济中的作用日益明显 ,但其平均寿命普遍较短。为加快中小企业发展 ,本文就中小企业的发展形势进行SWOT分析 ,对其内部的优势、劣势及外部存在的威胁和机会进行战略分析 。
