摘要
组织公民行为是组织行为学研究的一个热点问题.它提出的观点,拓宽了人力资源管理的视角,丰富了人力资源管理的内容.它对人力资源管理过程中的员工招聘、培训、激励、绩效考核都产生了重要的影响。本文通过对组织公民行为理论提出、构成及其作用的分析,提出了该理论对当前学校人力资源管理的启示.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) is a hotspot of organizational behavior. Its views have widen the visual angle and enriched the content of human resource management. This concept has exerted a great influence on recruiting, employee educating, motivating and performance assessment of human resource management. On the basis of the analysis of OCB's concept, dimensions and function, this paper points out some references of OCB to school human resource management.
