摘要
本实验取雄性Wistar大鼠,分四组,即正常组,糖尿病组(DM组),人参茎叶皂甙(GS)+DM组(简称GS组),大豆皂甙(SS)+DM组(简称SS组)。观察其血糖、SOD、LPO的变化,结果,DM组血糖明显升高,GS组和SS组,血糖明显下降。DM组SOD含量明显减少,GS和SS使DM大鼠的SOD含量明显增加。DM组LPO含量增高,而GS组和SS组的LPO含量均明显降低。提示了GS和SS能通过自身调节增加DM大鼠SOD的含量,降低LPO,清除自由基,减轻了自由基的损伤作用,对DM大鼠有一定的防治作用。
In this investigation. 33 male Wistar rats (weighing 200-225g) were divided into 4 groups: the normal control, the diabetic control, diabetes+ GS and diabetes+ SS. 55mg/kg of streptozocin was intravenously injected to induce diabetes in rats. 150 mg/kg · day of GS and 10mg/ kg· day of SS were given P. O. for 20 weeks to the diabetic rats respectively. The effects of GS and SS on the levels of blood sugar, SOD and LPO were observed for the purpose of finding some theoretic basis for extensive clinical use to combat free radical injuries and in the public health field. The evidently increased levels of blood sugar and LPO decreased, and the evidently decreased levels of SOD increased after administration of GS and SS, suggesting that GS and SS can protect the diabetic rats from free radical injuries to some extent.
