稻瘟菌激发子CSBⅠ诱导水稻防御性相关酶的活性变化 被引量:25

摘要 选取抗稻瘟病水稻近等基因系C10 1LAC及背景品系CO39为材料 ,与稻瘟病菌 (Magnaporthegrisea)菌株 97 15 1a分别组成高度非亲和性互作关系和亲和性互作关系。接种稻瘟菌细胞壁来源的糖蛋白激发子CSBⅠ后 ,非亲和性互作品种叶片内过氧化物酶 (POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)和脂氧合酶 (LOX)活性、绿原酸和木质素含量在互作早期已开始显著增加 ,而亲和性互作品种则较晚才发生 ,其POD、PAL和LOX活性、绿原酸和木质素含量也远低于非亲和性互作品种。绿原酸积累与PAL活性呈正相关 ; With two near isogenic lines of rice, studies were carried out for interaction between rice and a glycoprotein elicitor CSBⅠfrom Magnaporthe grisea . After treatment with the elicitor CSBⅠ, POD, PAL and LOX activity increased more remarkably and rapidly in the leaves of incompatible interaction rice than that of compatible interaction rice. The peak of PAL activity in incompatible interaction rice arrived at the time of 16 h earlier, and that of LOX activity at the time of 32 h earlier, than those in compatible interaction rice. The contents of chlorogenic acid and lignin were more in incompatible interaction rice after treatment with the elicitor CSBⅠ. Chlorogenic acid content in rice leaves was positively correlated with PAL activity, and lignin content in rice leaves was positively correlated with POD and PAL activities.
