摘要
目的:评价超声检查在电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)前后的价值及临床意义。方法:对903例胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者行LC前后用超声进行常规检查,并与手术、病理结果对照。结果:本组903例超声诊断与手术病理符合878例,符合率97.23%。LC成功849例,中转开腹21例,并发症19例,误诊7例,漏诊5例,有2例在LC中发现有胆囊癌。结论:超声检查胆囊疾病为临床提供了良好的术前选择的依据,同时对手术难度的预测、术后并发症的发现及动态观察疗效等方面有较大的实用价值,是LC前后首选和理想的影像诊断方法。
Objective: To evaluate the value and clinical significance of ultrasonic examination in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Method: Nine hundred and three cases of cholecystic diseases were examined by ultrasonography and LC. The results were compared with operation and pathology. Result: The coincidence rate of ultrasonography and LC were 97.23%(878903). Conclusion: Ultrasonography plays an important role in accomplishing the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
