摘要
利用双自由度原理设计的小行程数字液压伺服缸克服了传统步进液压缸的一些缺点 ,本文对其建立线性模型 ,然后对静态刚度、稳定性等进行了分析 ,通过性能分析确定关键尺寸的范围 ,以保证数字液压伺服缸具有较好的动静特性。
A Short-stroke digital hydraulic servo cylinder d esigned with the principle of donble-degree freedom overcomes some shortcomings of the traditional stepper ones . A linear model is established in the paper and then its static-stiffness and stability are analyzed. Based on theoretical, the ranges of key structural sizes are determined to ensure that the digital hydrau lic servo cylinder has a better static and dynamic performance.
